Order Acceptance

When you submit an order on our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase listed products. We retain full discretion to accept or decline any order. We may reject orders for multiple reasons, including product stock depletion, obvious pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, invalid shipping address or violations of our store rules. We will notify you promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.

Pricing & Payment Terms

All product prices shown across the website are stated in United States Dollars. You must complete full payment at checkout before your order enters processing. We work with secure payment providers to process your payment. We reserve the right to verify payment information to prevent fraud and protect both parties. If payment verification fails, we hold the right to cancel your order.

Shipping, Delivery & Customs

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days. We provide free worldwide shipping on all goods and cover all relevant customs duties and import tariffs. You will not receive any extra charges for your order. All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by global logistics events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Legal title of the products and risk of loss or damage to the merchandise transfers to you once the logistics carrier takes physical possession of your package. After handover to the carrier, you can track your parcel using the tracking information we provide.

Order Cancellation

You can request order cancellation only before your package has been shipped out. Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. In that situation, you will need to receive the package and submit a return request following our Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

All purchased goods are subject to our separate Refund Policy. You may initiate return requests within 60 days after receiving your package. After we receive and inspect your returned items, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. In rare cases, a product may become unavailable after you complete your order due to sudden inventory depletion. If this situation occurs, we will contact you quickly. We can either offer alternative product options or issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

Our boots are designed for outdoor farm, hunting, gardening and heavy-duty work scenarios. Please select suitable products according to your actual usage environment. We are not responsible for injuries or losses caused by improper selection or misuse of products.

Dispute Resolution
